Bryce's House
This is Bryces house, his house isn't a main setting but there are a few significant events that go on there. Bryce and his family moved there when he was in grade 2 and have lived there ever since. They take good care of the yard and their house. They live on a quiet street and the bus stop is just down the road. The house is pretty small but it fits their small family.
Juli's House
This is Juli's house, Juli was born into her house. It's a rental house and since that's the situation they don't tend the yard because the landlord is supposed to take care of it but doesn't and they don't want to spend any money on it. The backyard is similar to the front except for a chicken coop and all the torn up grass all over the yard. They live across the street from the Loskis'(Bryce) and are also within walking range of the bus stop. They have a slightly larger house than Bryce but they also have more people living there. This is a sort of important setting as the tory talks a lot about Juli while she's at her house as well as the scenes with her and Chet in the yard.
Mayfield School
The school is called Mayfield Middle School meaning it's only grade 7 and 8. It's like any other middle school, loud, crowded, and full of drama. This is one of the more important locations because the 2 point of views happen more often at school than anywhere else and this is where more significant events happen. For example there's a basket boy auction, an unexpected discovery and countless science fairs.
Bus Stop
This is the bus stop home of the Sycamore tree which as you can see in the picture it has been chopped down. This place is where Juli, Bryce and their friends get on the bus every weekday. The bus stop doesn't hold a lot of significance to the story but Bryce thinks a lot while there and Juli doesn't show up for a few week which catches Bryce's attention.
Sycamore tree
The Sycamore tree is an important setting in the story. This is Julianna's favourite place to be and she feels that she can think about any thing there. She first discovered her love of the tree when one day she climbed higher than ever before to retrieve something of Bryce's. Bryce's mom has seen Juli climbing about and has told Bryce to never climb the tree in fear that he might fall. Every morning while Julianna is waiting for the bus she climbs up to the perfect tree branch and looks out over the roof tops. Julianna loves the tree so much and was enjoying every minute she has until it had to be cut down so a house could be built there.
